Here are the answers to some of the questions we are asked most frequently!


How long will it take to receive my quotation?
We are able to respond very quickly – and almost always within an hour!

What are the opening hours for collection and returns?
Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (except bank holidays)

How long is a standard duration of hire?
Standard hire is for between one and three days.

Extended hire is available upon request. Just ask when completing your quote request, or get in touch!

Is there a minimum hire?
Yes, £25+VAT

Do you offer a delivery and collection service?
Sorry no. It is collection only from our premises in Cricklewood, London NW2. However, we can recommend Couriers or Installation Services if required. Just get in touch!

How do I know what size of vehicle I will need to collect the props I have hired?
Just give us a call for advice. We’re happy to help.

Where do we collect the props from?
We are located in Turpins Yard, Oaklands Road, Cricklewood, London, NW2 6LL, close to Kilburn and Willesden Green Underground stations, on the Jubilee line as well as Cricklewood Thameslink.

Is there parking available on site?
Yes, we have free parking on site, available for as long as you need to be with us!

Are hired items functional?
No, we do not hire them as functional items, they are “prop only”.

Do I need to make an appointment to visit?
No appointment is necessary between 9am to 5pm – Monday to Friday.

Can I hire on the same day?
Yes! You can pick and collect the items you need on the same day as available.
